Shipping cost of orders sent by CTT Expresso and UPS Distributor (international shipments)

Delivery time is calculated in working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Delivery time varies depending on the region. The customer will be informed at the time of purchase and also depends on the approval of payment for the order. After dispatch, the order takes from 1 (one) to 2 (two) business days to be delivered by Correios de Portugal (CTT's).


Return and Exchange Policy

All the items shown are available for order, except in cases of breakage of stock. In these cases, the customer will be contacted and an exchange solution will be presented that he/she may like. We appreciate the customer's understanding in these situations.


It is necessary for the customer to confirm, upon receipt, that the order received corresponds to the order and that it is not damaged. If the order shows signs of damage attributed to RONÊ, all return costs will be borne by the company.


In these cases, the customer must send an email to or a message to our WhatsApp contact (+351) 914 680 682, proving the damage to the order. The email must indicate the customer's name, photo of the item and order number. The customer benefits from 5 days to exchange his order, counting from the date of receipt, which must not show signs of use.



The costs of returning items will be borne by the customer. If it is necessary to reship, these expenses will be borne by RONÊ.


RONÊ is not responsible for returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
